The Making of the "G.O.D. OS" Story-Concept Presentation
Achieving the Impossible with AI
G.O.D. OS LOGLINE:
In an epic odyssey spanning millennia, continents, and space, the creators of a revolutionary quantum A.I. desperately attempt to disable the platform after it's infected by an ancient alien virus, commanding it to wage a genocidal war on humankind.

When I decided to create a previsualization, cinematic presentation/promo for G.O.D. OS, I knew it would be a challenge. I had a definitive directorial goal: to capture the epic scope of the story in just three minutes — and in doing so, I sought to truly test the power of multimodal AI. Frankly, without the capabilities of generative AI, this project would have been impossible within the constraints of time, resources, and scale. But in choosing to leverage AI as a collaborator, I was able to deliver this vision to the screen while achieving an impressive level of production value.
THE VISION
The goal was ambitious: to create a visually stunning "previz" cinematic presentation that would communicate the scope of G.O.D. OS. But with limited time, and operating as the sole "preditor" (Producer-Director-Editor), traditional methods simply weren’t an option. I turned to AI to as a key resource, enabling me to design a unique workflow that what would have otherwise been considered impossible — through established and traditional production approaches.
How It Was Made
Scriptwriting and Voiceover
- After months of revising the full-length G.O.D. OS script, I was creatively spent. So, for the promo, I worked with an AI Large Language Model (LLM) adept at handling long-form content, to assist in crafting the initial draft of the VO script. Through multiple iterations, edits, and additions, the LLM and I collaborated to shape a script that captured the tone and vision of the project.
- Once the script was complete, I used AI generative audio to output the voiceover. I selected a vocal timbre, and then "coached" and "directed" the model for inflection, pacing, and emotional resonance to ensure the delivery was as perfect as possible.
Sound Design and Mixing:
- The sound design was critical to creating a more cinematic experience. I first prompted a music scratch track from an AI music generator to help build a cutting rhythm. When existing sound effects fell short, I created custom SFX using AI, blending them seamlessly with actual music tracks from Envato and Artlist, replacing the AI music track. The result? A strong mix with explosions you'll feel, not just hear.
Upscaling and Finalizng
- The original 720p 24fps video was upscaled to 4K using AI interpolation, ensuring that the final presentation met the highest professional standards. With careful prompting and "seed" adjustments, I ensured consistency across the visuals to match my vision. The visual narrative was meticulously edited and sound-mixed in Premiere Pro to deliver a polished, immersive experience.
Challenges and Triumphs
Creating this piece wasn’t without its challenges. At the time, the very high-end diffusion model I chose for filmic generation, didn't yet feature image-to-video functionality, so I had to innovate with prompts alone to achieve the consistency I needed. This required the rendering of nearly 3000 clips. The process demanded patience, experimentation, and problem-solving — but the results speak for themselves.

What's Next
With G.O.D. OS, I demonstrated what’s possible when creativity and AI work together. My next project is the promo for Esperanza (a rock music dramatic series about a '70s Chicano rock band), where I’ll push the boundaries even further to create an ensemble of consistent characters, as I continue to explore the limitless potential of AI-enhanced storytelling.
